Brahma AI, an artificial intelligence platform focused on enterprise audiovisual content, has raised $150 million in a funding round led by Multiples Alternate Asset Management. Thecompany plans to use the new capital to expand its technology, strengthen its global operations, and increase its presence in Silicon Valley.

As part of the round, Multiples has invested $100 million through the issuance of preferred shares. The funding round values Brahma AI at around $2 billion. The company has also received interest for an additional $100 million and is considering increasing the size of the round.

Founded and led by Prabhu Narasimhan, Brahma AI was created by bringing together technology and capabilities developed across DNEG, Metaphysic and Prime Focus Technologies. The company is building AI tools designed to help large enterprises manage, create, and transform audiovisual content.

Its platform is divided into two key offerings. Brahma AI Core focuses on content intelligence and management, while Brahma AI Studio provides tools for AI-powered content creation. These include visual AI, digital humans, voice technologies, and multilingual performance capabilities.

Brahma AI currently works across media and entertainment, sports, healthcare and advertising. The company lists Warner Bros., the NBA and Mayo Clinic among its global customers, while Google, Hakuhodo and DNEG are among its strategic partners.

The fresh funding will support the company's research and development, global go-to-market efforts, hiring, and process expansion. Brahma AI also plans to build a larger presence in Silicon Valley as it works on new products, including interactive digital humans and technologies that can work across multiple AI models.

The company has also gained recognition for its work in AI-powered content technology. Brahma AI was named among the recipients of a 2026 Technology & Engineering Emmy Award for technology related to AI-based face replacement and performance-preserving post- production transformation.

The investment comes at a time when businesses are increasingly using AI for content creation, localization, workflow automation, and digital experiences. Brahma AI is positioning its platform to bring these capabilities together, combining content intelligence with AI-based creation tools for enterprise customers.

With the latest funding, Brahma AI is expected to expand its global footprint while developing applications around digital humans, AI-generated content, security, authenticity and content provenance.
