Eapro Global Limited, a manufacturer of solar and power-backup solutions including inverters, batteries and energy storage systems, has raised INR 40 crore in a funding round from
institutional investors, family offices and individual investors.
The company said the fundraise will support its expansion plans and strengthen its position in India's growing renewable energy and power-backup markets.
Aarth AIF Growth Fund, NAV Bharat Investment Opportunities Fund, VentureX Fund, Kyro India Opportunities Fund-I and Juggilal Kamlapat Lakshmipat (JK) Family Office, among others, participated in the round.
Kyro Capital Private Limited acted as the transaction advisor, managing investor identification, transaction structuring, and closure.
The transaction also marks the first investment by Kyro India Opportunities Fund-I, a SEBI- registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund managed by Kyro Asset Management Private Limited.
Eapro said the fresh capital will be used to scale manufacturing capacity, strengthen technology capabilities and expand its presence across India.
The company manufactures solar inverters, batteries and energy storage systems and has reported growth in both revenue and profitability.
Its revenue increased from INR 199.61 crore in FY25 to INR 346.39 crore in FY26. During the same period, EBITDA rose from INR 26.73 crore to INR 44.30 crore, while profit after tax increased from INR 18.58 crore to INR 30.54 crore.
Eapro said the growth has been supported by rising demand for its solar and power-backup products. The company has also continued investments in manufacturing capacity, product development and technology.
Eapro is now preparing for a proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) in FY28. The company is currently in discussions with prospective lead managers and investors as part of the preparation for the proposed listing.
Jagdeep Chauhan, Managing Director of Eapro Global Limited, said the company expects demand for energy storage and solar inverters to increase as India expands its renewable energy capacity and strengthens grid resilience.
Aman Maheshwari, Founder and Fund Manager of Kyro India Opportunities Fund-I, said the investment reflects the fund's focus on energy storage and power-backup solutions, which he said are benefiting from India's renewable energy transition and growing demand for reliable power infrastructure.
The funding gives Eapro additional capital to expand its manufacturing and technology operations as it works towards its proposed public listing in FY28.
