WeWork India Management Limited has opened two new flexible workspace centres in Bengaluru and Pune, adding approximately 2.25 lakh square feet of office space and more than 4,500 desks to its portfolio.

The new centres are WeWork Infinix Palladium in Whitefield, Bengaluru, and WeWork Millennium Towers in Wakad, Pune. The facilities are designed to serve enterprises, global capability centres (GCCs) and growing businesses.

The expansion strengthens WeWork India’s presence in two major commercial markets, where businesses are increasingly seeking offices with good connectivity, access to talent and workplace amenities.

Located in Whitefield, WeWork Infinix Palladium spans approximately 1.7 lakh square feet across the ground floor to the sixth floor, along with a terrace. The standalone facility offers more than 3,100 desks and is designed to accommodate large teams.

The centre is about a four-minute walk from Singayyanapalya Metro Station. Whitefield has developed into a major business district, with commercial hubs including ITPL, EPIP, Hoodi and Brookefield.

As of the first quarter of FY27, WeWork India operated 30 centres in Bengaluru, covering 3.3 million square feet and offering 51,700 desks.

The new facility includes private offices, meeting rooms, a gym, a recovery room and a game zone.

WeWork Millennium Towers marks the company's entry into Wakad, a western Pune micro- market located between the Hinjewadi employment hub and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.

Spread across approximately 55,000 square feet on the 16th and 17th floors, the centre offers around 1,400 desks. Members can access dining, retail and recreational facilities, including cafés, event spaces, sports amenities and more than 75 dining options within the wider development.

According to the company, WeWork India has also leased close to 1.8 lakh square feet in the same building to enterprise clients through its managed office business.

Millennium Towers holds LEED Platinum certification and features sustainability measures such as solar power, rainwater harvesting, smart building management systems and zero-waste management.

At the end of Q1 FY27, WeWork India’s Pune portfolio comprised eight centres spanning 0.8 million square feet and offering 14,400 desks.
Both centres provide private offices, meeting facilities and collaborative spaces, alongside amenities intended to support employee wellbeing.

Commenting on the expansion, Arnav S. Gusain, Chief Supply Officer at WeWork India and CEO of Rivet by WeWork India, said businesses are increasingly considering connectivity, residential catchments and access to everyday amenities when selecting office locations.

He said Whitefield offers the scale required by larger enterprises, while Wakad combines proximity to a major employment hub with residential and lifestyle infrastructure.
WeWork India said it operates across eight cities, with more than 1.33 lakh desks. Its workspace solutions cater to a range of customers, from individual professionals and startups to large multinational companies.
The latest openings form part of the company’s strategy to expand across key commercial hubs and provide businesses with flexible workspace options.
