Flipkart has announced the 2026 edition of its flagship Big Billion Days festive sale, with early access set to begin on October 8. Along with the sale announcement, Flipkart has launched a new campaign titled “Luck Badal Sakta Hai, Yahan Kuch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai”.

The new campaign focuses on the unexpected moments that can unfold during Big Billion Days. Its main film follows an ordinary young man caught in a series of unlucky events, with his Flipkart purchases changing the course of his day.

The campaign film features Rohit Sharma, Sreeleela, Aneet Padda, Jackie Shroff and Samay Raina, who appear at different points in the protagonist’s story.

Flipkart said the latest campaign takes the central idea of last year’s festive campaign a step further by exploring how unexpected moments can turn into positive outcomes. Pratik Shetty, Vice President and Head of Growth and Marketing at Flipkart, said the company wanted to build on last year’s campaign while creating a story that was relatable and entertaining for customers.

The campaign has been conceptualised by Leo Burnett. Big Billion Days is one of Flipkart’s major festive shopping events, bringing a wide range of products and offers to customers across India. The announcement comes as e-commerce platforms prepare their technology, logistics, and seller networks for increased demand during the festive period.

The company has been expanding its digital commerce ecosystem as online shopping grows across both major cities and smaller markets. Flipkart said its marketplace has more than 500 million registered users and offers over 150 million products across more than 80 categories.

The platform has more than 1.4 million sellers, including sellers operating through Shopsy, according to the company. Flipkart has introduced services including Cash on Delivery, No Cost EMI, Easy Returns and UPI payments as it expanded its digital commerce operations.
