Indian HR technology company uKnowva is expanding into the US staffing market through a partnership with Fundedd, combining staffing
management software with business financing solutions for recruitment and workforce agencies.
The collaboration extends uKnowva’s human capital management (HCM) technology into staffing operations. Its software supports recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll and compliance, while Fundedd offers accounts receivable factoring, lending and working capital solutions.
The partnership aims to address a key challenge for staffing agencies:managing cash flow while waiting for clients to pay outstanding invoices. Agencies often need to cover employee wages and operational expenses before receiving payments. Receivables financing and working capital facilities can help eligible businesses bridge this gap, subject to lender approval and terms.
The companies showcased their collaboration at Staffing World 2026, the American Staffing Association’s annual convention and expo, held in Denver, Colorado, from October 12 to 14. The event offered an opportunity to present their combined offering to staffing industry professionals.
uKnowva said it has more than a decade of experience developing AI- powered HCM technology and serves organisations in more than 10 countries. Its entry into the US staffing software market marks another step in its international expansion strategy.
The partnership brings workforce management software and financing services together in an integrated offering for staffing agencies. However, the companies have not disclosed specific customer commitments, revenue targets or adoption figures associated with the expansion.
The partnership’s commercial impact will depend on demand from US staffing firms, the ability of the solutions to meet local operational requirements and the companies’ competitiveness in the established staffing technology market.
